Archemedx is Hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (U.S. Remote)

What are we looking for?

ArcheMedX is accelerating growth and seeks a driven sales development professional with a proven track record of generating new sales opportunities for innovative software-based solutions in the eClinical space. This position will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new customers within ArcheMedX’s target market, nurture relationships with prospective customers, and expand the company's business development efforts.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1-3 years of experience selling eClinical solutions.
  • A tenacity for and demonstrated success researching and qualifying new opportunities for Business Development, primarily selling to clinical operations leaders at trial sponsors (i.e., Pharma, Biotech, Med Device) and CROs.
  • Sufficient industry and domain knowledge to navigate discussions around clinical trial challenges, study startup processes, and CRO oversight.
  • A passion for and comfort with solution-based selling, virtual sales processes, strategic management of account targets, and engaging and building rapport through call, email and social outreach.
  • Confidence in utilizing CRM tools to optimize customer interaction, develop target lists, and generate reports.
  • Exceptional communication skills and mastery in the art of "customer listening" and uncovering emerging needs through initial discovery and sales qualification.
  • The ability to excel in an autonomous, fluid start-up environment by bringing an energetic, fun, and creative approach to your work.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities by managing and qualifying inbound leads generated by Marketing and prospecting target accounts through research, outbound calls, email and other outreach.
  • Perform ongoing research to identify new and re-qualify existing target accounts.
  • Complete timely calls and emails to engage and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Conduct customer research and outbound outreach (via call, email, and social media) to generate SQLs.
  • Manage lead generation and nurture campaigns to build/cultivate interest in and educate on ArcheMedX offerings.
  • Handle objections and use sales strategies to match customer needs to our solutions.
  • Schedule initial/discovery meetings with BDRs, performing initial qualification as appropriate (identify key decision makers, determine buying readiness and confirm project scope).
  • Manage inside sales process and maintain company, contact, and deal information in CRM.
