St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to serve as front office receptionist for the 2024-25 school year. We are a Catholic school in Denver, CO. serving 425 students in grades PK3-8th grade. Rooted in the truth and love of Jesus Christ and His Church, we are committed to educating the whole child for the future.
Job summary:
The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School. The Front Office Receptionist’s duties include welcoming guests and greeting visitors of the school as well as performing basic security measures prior to notifying the school’s point-of contact. The Front Office Receptionist will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and answering and redirecting in-coming phone calls. The Front Office Receptionist will assist with covering the lunch break for the Front Office Secretary. This position will report to the Principal. The position is hired, evaluated by and reports to the principal.
