Renewal Senior Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Manager – Renewal Implementation Support Teams
BASIC FUNCTIONS
As a member of a mission-driven team, the Renewal Senior Coordinator advances the Archdiocesan plan for parish spiritual renewal in the Archdiocese of Chicago focused on parishes in the spiritual renewal phase of the Renew My Church initiative. Working with Parish Renewal Leaders (PRLs) and Directors of Vicariate Renewal (DVR) the Renewal Senior Coordinator supports parishes committed to spiritual renewal. The Renewal Senior Coordinator serves as a coach and resource to parish team members who lead evangelization and adult discipleship efforts in the parish. The Renewal Senior Coordinator supports the PRL and/or DVR in guiding the parish’s process of inviting and forming disciple leaders for mission . Also collaborates with the entire Parish Evangelization and Leadership Team on team-wide projects. In addition, serves as a resource for other offices and agencies of the Archdiocese in their efforts to establish and enhance spiritual renewal efforts.
