Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager oversees all activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, proper inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Scheduling product delivery, crews, and clients.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Implement and enforce efficient warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Monitor and track warehouse KPIs, such as order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, and labor productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize supply chain processes.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and performance.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role required.
• Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management software preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 75 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.

Pay: $49,000.00 per year
