OFFICE MANAGER – up to $64K a year Bonuses for a busy pediatric dental office!

Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 10:30a-7pm (after last patient leaves) Every Saturday 9:30am - 3:30pm  *Mondays when children are out of school for the holidays* 

Preferred: -BILINGUAL in English and Spanish 

• Dental Experience 3 yrs of Front Desk or Manager 
• Experience working with Dentrix/ Open Dental 
• Experience working with General Anesthesia, Oral Sedation & Nitrous 
• Knowledgeable with dental terminology & pedo/general dental procedures 
• Knowledge with Medicaid, Chip & PPO frequency guidelines Job responsibilities: -Ensure manager duties are complete daily as guided by Manager Checklist 
• Maintain all in-office spreadsheets for management up-to-date for accurate record keeping -Audit charts daily for compliance protocols 
• Make daily office Walk-through to ensure cleanliness 
• Manage daily schedule to maintain patient flow to meet office goals -Manage Lunch breaks for staff 
• Manage OT & staff schedules to meet office demands -Order supplies & maintain inventory cost within company budgets 
• Maintain OSHA/HIPPA protocols within standards set by the company -Training of staff accordingly due to office needs. 
• Work with doctors to give the best treatment options with financial option to convert success rates. 
• Work with to assess the needs of the office on a daily basis 
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, treatment planning & other front desk duties.
