Job Summary:
The Executive Compensation Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Executive and Equity Compensation and will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the executive compensation programs at Aptiv plc.
The Executive Compensation Analyst will work closely with other members of Aptiv' executive compensation and total rewards team to ensure that Aptiv's executive compensation programs are competitive, fair and aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
