About Client:

It primarily offers services that facilitate the visa application and passport issuance process. These services include visa application processing, biometric data collection, document verification, and appointment scheduling on behalf of its clients, which often consist of governments and embassies seeking to streamline and enhance their visa and consular services. In essence, it plays a pivotal role in the global mobility landscape by providing essential administrative support and technology-driven solutions that simplify visa and consular service processes.
Salary Range: $60K-$65K/Annum
Job Description:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations and Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management :Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficient processes.Work closely with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall service delivery.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely processing of visa applications.Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
