Key Responsibilities:
Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Performance Management: Collaborate with staff to implement performance management processes that are guided by behavioral principles, including setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and designing performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication, teamwork, leadership skills, and other relevant competencies using behavioral techniques and methodologies.
Organizational Culture: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
Employee Discipline: Make sure employees write-ups are filled out and signed. If training is needed, that it is provided to ensure employees are successful.
