Enrollment Sales Representative

FUNCTION : Real Estate School is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Enrollment Sales Representative. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, an understanding of the real estate school's product offerings, and the ability to engage with prospective students.

This is an exciting demand generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to continue to develop their sales career within a start-up environment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Identify and target potential students through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
• Owning and managing demand generation targets, forecast and performance.
• Conduct outreach activities and maintain active engagement with leads to increase student interest in Real Estate school’s product offering.
• Responsible for attracting and enrolling real estate professionals to meet their education and career needs.
• Work closely with Real Estate School administrators to understand enrollment needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Represent Real Estate School at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain, update, and edit database for referrals and contacts.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and deadlines.
• Cultivate positive relationships in the community to promote Real Estate School and enhance its reputation.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record in outside, product or recruitment sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of prospective students.
• Be willing to take advantage of industry and professional learning opportunities to increase their knowledge and skill base.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
