We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

This role involves handling billing questions, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with billing questions and issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in our system.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage customer information and communications.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
