o $15/hour, if you have P&C license

o $18/hour, if you have both P&C and Life & Health

Requirements

· Sales experience outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

· Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· People-oriented

· Organizational skills

· Self-motivated

· Detail oriented

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent

· Must be able to obtain the proper licenses to sell insurance prior to start
