We are currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team within Houston,TX area. The role holder will be responsible for new business sales within a defined segment (target company size and geographical territory). You will be required to set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Responsibilities
· Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects
· Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
· Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements
· Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
· Co-ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc.)
· Coordination with the legal department for documentation (term sheets & agreement to lease / brand)
Skills
· Degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required
· Should have excellent communication skills
· Should possess great problem solving skills
· Must have used Microsoft Office Suite programs
· Knowing mediation and conflict resolution techniques
