Apex Systems is hiring for FULLY REMOTE Customer Service Representatives!

Title : Customer Service Representative
Rate : $16 / hr
Location : Fully Remote
Duration : Through the end of 2024
Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HIGH OUTBOUND CALL VOLUME EXPERIENCE (50 A DAY)
Responsibilities
e. take the call and handle internally vs. transfer or provide other contacts).
Oversee / monitor the resolution to all problems, regardless of delegation to other department
Qualifications
Ability to write clearly and effectively and document activities.
