Apex Systems is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near GA, GA
6 Months Contract to Hire
- Pay : $24 / hr - paid weekly on a W2
- Location : Onsite in Alpharetta, GA Mondays & Tuesdays- Remote Wednesday-Friday
- Schedule : First 6 weeks (training) schedule will be 9AM-5PM; once training is completed, shift will be 9am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Handle 20-40 inbound calls with clients per day - outbound calls only for follow up
- Handle email, service requests, and tickets from clients
- There will be two week rotations for phones & email / chat
- Will be assisting with payroll, taxes, etc.
- Assist in supporting a piloting tax program
- Will need to be comfortable using multiple screens, CRM software, and be detail oriented
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience - PAYROLL is major plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Technically adept - using multiple software programs, screens, etc.
- Admin background is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Experience handling client resolutions as a front-line
- Can come on-site in Alpharetta on Mondays and Tuesdays
