Responsibilities
• As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our diverse portfolio of single and multi-family properties
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed their expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property finances, including rent collection, expense tracking, and budgeting
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, including rent collection, lease renewals, and evictions, in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, financials, and occupancy rates for management and stakeholders
Qualifications
• 2 years proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role, managing residential and/or commercial properties
• Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, organized and service-oriented
