Work Days/Hours: Typical hours will be Monday-Friday mornings with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Average 25-30 hours per week. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Court Responsibilities:
Daily pickleball court prep for attendant working mixers and lessons.
Posts daily pickleball complex reservations, schedules, and promotional information.
Substitute for attendants if needed.
Assist with lessons and tournament administration.
Consistently delivers excellent customer service in all interactions with patrons, guests, and visitors.
Assist with creating and administration of youth pickleball.
Office:
Records Silversneaker participants logged into ACTIVENet daily.
Accurately and proficiently handles all transactions within the registration system (ACTIVENet).
Enters transfers and processes registration refunds as needed.
Assist with scheduling private lessons.
Records league scores.
Correspondence with patrons via email and phone.
Compliance with district rules and regulations.
Maintains a working knowledge of all guest services policies and procedures.
NOTE: This job announcement outlines the primary responsibilities, but there’s always room to grow and shine as part of our team. This position may be involved in additional exciting projects as assigned. Must be 18. 
Pickleball knowledge is a must.
Familiarity with sport league administration and environment.
Basic computer competency in word processing, data entry, district registration, and employee scheduling software.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to make rational decisions based on the individual's best interest(s) under stressful circumstances.A high school diploma is required, along with three years of related experience. Additionally, candidates must possess a current and valid Colorado driver's license. CPR, first aid, and AED certifications are required, or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of hire. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a guest services or related position at a recreation center or in a recreational environment. Works in both indoor and outdoor environments.
