Office Manager for small office, 2-3 employees. 5 day work week from 9:30am-5:00pm. Attend AANP Dinner Meetings and Board Meetings.
Dinner meetings are usually 6-9pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month. 8 meetings a year.
Board Meetings are usually 5:30-9:00pm. 6 meetings per year.
The office manager must know how to perform all duties in the office including, but not limited to:
* Customer Service/Answering Phone. Answer Landlord Tenant questions from members.
* Run Credit Reports/Criminal Reports and Landlord Tenant Complaints both PA and National. Plus be able to explain the reports to members.
* Membership Renewals/Billing done monthly.
* Post payments to Membership Database.
* Operate Cash Drawer/Credit Cards/Weekly Deposit.
* Knowledgeable about our forms and able to explain to members.
* Prepare reservation lists and name tags for meetings.
* Prepare and Edit monthly newsletter - Micosoft Publisher.
* Prepare newsletter for bulk mailing and take to post office.
* Keep Facebook up to date with articles, quotes and answering questions.
* Keep website up to date with latest news articles, events, awards program, members, etc.
The main manager duties are to manage the office personnel and work load.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Very Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
* Very Good Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills.
* Make sure that office personnel are performing duties and help them if needed.
* Book Dinner Meeting and Board Meeting locations. Make sure that everything is ready for the meeting.
* Prepare Office Report for Board Meeting and attend meeting as office representative.
* Other directives for Board of Directors.
* Manage TransUnion and Microbilt account. Address any issues.
Landlord/Tenant or Real Estate Experience helpful not not required.
Position has No Insurance Benefits.
