As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a vital role in helping members secure the coverage they need to protect their loved ones and their legacies. Responsibilities:

  • Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
  • Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.

Required Skills

  • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
  • Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Sales experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
  • Possess a competitive sales drive.
  • Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism.
  • Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
