Responsibilities

  • They provide a FANTASTIC member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Anytime Fitness Brand
  • You are responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, accounting compliance, member satisfaction, sales, personnel training and employee development.
  • Reads, watches, and engages in all required training's associated with the role
  • You maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, , Personal Training, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
  • Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members
  • Recuit /Team Build: Hire Qualified personal trainers and lead them to build/manage clientele.
  • Maintain High Membership Level: Constant action to increase gym memberships/personal training revenue. Retain existing members, gym managers communicate regularly via newsletters or emails with special offers and incentives to renew membership.
  • Hit predetermined goals for bonus opportunity.
  • Manage the overall facility in cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming
  • You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club

Required Qualifications

  • Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (must have within 90days of hire) Always willing to train new motivated people.
  • to work full time, 45-50 hours per week, including weekends • Eligible for opportunities to start at a higher Tier level based on experience and education.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
  • High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Computer literate tech savvy, energetic, and friendly
  • CPR/AED certification required upon hire (Must have within 90 days of hire)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,032.00 - $86,148.00 per year
