Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our APB team in Springfield, Missouri. The role is ideal for someone passionate about the outdoors and eager to grow their marketing skills in the consumer goods industry. The Associate Marketing Manager will support the implementation of marketing strategies and assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet company objectives and align with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide positioning and marketing decisions.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of promotional materials and marketing content, ensuring all communications are proofread, edited, and align with our brands’ style and voice.
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional partners to develop compelling marketing messages, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all consumer-facing materials.
- Help manage and track marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to build brand awareness and market engagement.
- Establish and build partnerships with external agencies, industry influencers, and key strategic partners.
- Help monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of company and brand presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal aligned with the company/brand identity.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect the brands’ values, meet quality standards, and comply with brand guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
