Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.The Marketing Manager is focused on building brand awareness and lead generation through strategic non-traditional retail and event marketing. Characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to the following:
Drive success and results in your team by living the Renewal by Andersen methodology and core values
Design and source all retail related marketing collateral
Build and maintain a strong relationship with our retail leaders
Establish new strategic partnerships with retail chains
Participate in weekly leadership calls with Non-Traditional Marketing Team to discuss opportunities in hiring, training, team performance and new event opportunities
Create and implement plans to exceed lead generation goals and increase sales conversion rate in your team
Manage budget to meet/exceed cost of marketing goals
Responsible for all activities related to interviewing, onboarding and performance management of the retail brand ambassador team
Keep detailed records of team performance metrics, process weekly payroll
Work alongside team in field, providing feedback and ongoing coaching
Complete weekly/monthly coaching forms to ensure consistent lead setting behaviors within your team
Lead monthly performance discussions with your team members
Facilitate monthly training bootcamps with your team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; this includes evenings and weekends
3 years’ experience building and maintaining retail partnerships
Experience managing a budget
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and analytic skills
1-2 years of supervisory experience in a sales capacity preferred
Must have your own form of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
