POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for analysis and execution of CLUB acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Support small to medium scale projects and execute new and existing activities that support overall strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute existing marketing strategies for CLUB acquisition, activation, and retention metrics. Create and perform basic analysis to measure effectiveness towards key business drivers and communicate results effectively.
• Develop and execute marketing processes to support marketing strategies. Identify and execute process improvements and maintain accurate documentation of processes. Support effective and efficient integration with other business units.
• Support and manage projects through development and execution of project plans and timelines. Manage project expenses to budget. Develop creative and copy to support projects and oversee communication plans to end users.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners through regular communication. Work effectively within assigned team to execute projects/direction and keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate and execute training on projects.
• Ensure project and process compliance with all relevant regulations and enhance using business trend knowledge. Identify issues and solve problems using relevant research efforts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Analysis and project management experience preferred.
• Effective communication (written and verbal).
• Self-starter: demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility of tasks and issues.
• Apply critical thinking behaviors and principles to projects and workload.
• Ability to facilitate working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Customer focused behavior.

• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to 10% for training, partner collaboration, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regular computer work and sitting.
• Occasional walking, standing, and lifting.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT :

• Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
