Job Summary: Works closely with the EVP, and other Senior Leadership team members on articulating the key messages of the university. Is responsible for brand management as well as the leadership and oversight of the institution’s strategic marketing plan. Provides leadership, management and strategic vision for the Offices of Marketing and Communications.

Education and Experience:
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, together with a minimum of five years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervises applicable personnel. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The work environment is usually very quiet.
