Position Summary:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and directing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation and development of the ANX Home Healthcare and Hospice Care employees. Acts as an advocate for organization personnel and collaborates with our HR Manager in Human Resources issues.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Review the current end-to-end employment lifecycle including on boarding, off boarding, and employee transactions.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records, as well as HRIS and ATS.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures along side the HRM.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to commute to our Daly City office - this role will be in person.
  • BA in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years overall HR experience, 1 year of recruitment.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer competency (MS Office Suite, Google Suite) and knowledge of HRIS and ATS.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and Join Commission regulations.
  • Strong creative problem solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and directing all activities and programs relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation and development of ANX Hospice employees.

Acts as an advocate for organization personnel and collaborates with other Directors/Supervisors in Human Resources issues.

Creates an environment that fosters ANX company culture in fulfilling it's mission and vision.
