Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic part-time Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious cocktails for our patrons. Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell additional bottle and beverage items to increase revenue
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service
- Willingness to learn about distillation techniques and brand portfolio

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
