- Keep the HR Office open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Greet customers (employees and applicants) in person, over the phone, and by email with warm, friendly, positive, smiley interactions at all times.
- Soak up new information like a sponge, gets up to speed quickly, and retains a working knowledge of HR products, policies, procedures, systems, and programs.
- Take responsibility for learning so as to always provide accurate information and services.
- Become the Master of the Paycor ATS/HRIS platform with infallible attention to detail.

- Greets internal and external customers (employees and applicants) in person or on the telephone.
- Executes warm, friendly, positive, smiley interactions at all times.
- Answers the phone and transfers calls appropriately.
- Makes name tags for employees.
- Handles uniforms – issues appropriate uniforms to employees and receives uniforms from employees while using the RFID tracking system
- Prints accurate ID cards for employees, dependents, and contractors and accurately collects Releases of Liability forms and payment when required.
- Programs ID cards for the point of sale when necessary.
- Cancels employee ID’s upon termination.
- Issues vouchers to employees for lift tickets at other ski/bike areas.
- Assists Employees with troubleshooting Paycor
- Files documents in the electronic employment files.
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Posts announcements and newsletters in Paycor News.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Checks mail daily and processes
- Coordinates monthly employee socials and parties.
- Acts as the J-1 (International Student) ambassador by assisting employees on visas with basic needs such as introducing them to their managers, making phone calls, transportation arrangements, and answering their questions.
- Ability to handle confidentiality and sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion.
