ICON Medical Network is Hiring a CRNA - Fulltime - Berlin, NH Near Berlin, NH
- Full-Time (.8 or 1 FTE)
- Monday- Friday or Monday- Thursday schedule
- Provide general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and sedation
- Provide airway management services to our emergency department, and our intensive care unit
- Provide services for various specialties which include Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN, Podiatry, and Urology.
- Rotating call schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
- Base Comp: $220,000 (based upon 1.0 FTE)
- PLUS Call compensation is estimated around $63,000
- $3500 in CME funds
- Commencement Bonus up to $25,000
- Relocation and additional incentives
- Must be licensed by NH Board of Nursing as CRNA
- DEA, ACLS, and PALS certification required
