Maintains excellence in guest service and quality controlof operations consistently to ensure the company mission is attained.

Education/Job Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness to meet system standards. 
• Availability to work flexible shifts which include evening hours, weekends, and holidays
• Requires regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities
• Requires the ability to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend in English
• Preparation of reports requiring the use of a computer and strong calculative and written communication skills
• Monitor the physical appearance of the restaurant staff
• Completion of Food Handler’s Certificate Program
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train others
• Ability to work independently
• Accurate cash handling and math skills

Responsibilities and Duties

·Follows the direction dictated bythe General Manager

·Supports General Manager’s decisionsin communication with the staff

·Participates in the training andcoaching of staff members in their specific job functions

·Assists in the preparation ofadministrative reports and special reports for the General Manager

·Learns and enforces cash handlingprocedures

·Interacts with Customers forimproved service

·Enforces and supports theorganizations Operations Guidelines

·Consistently ensures and promotesadherence of proper social distancing guidelines

·Properly addresses any safety orsecurity issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.)

·Properly utilizes PersonalProtective Equipment while completing position specific tasks

·Ability to adapt to the frequencyand scope of required cleaning tasks

·Performs other work-related dutiesas assigned
