Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Able to count the cash drawer correcly.
- Develop and implement effective time management strategies for the store
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions
- Drive retail sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support to the Store Manager, including scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
