INTERIOR DESIGNER – HIGH END RESIDENTIAL
A growing New York City based; boutique architectural & interior design firm seeks to hire a full time Interior Designer to work on a variety of high-end residential projects. For the Interior Designer’s position in New York City, the applicant must have a minimum of (5) years professional experience working in an architectural or interior design firm. Detailed expertise in residential interiors; specifically furnishings, purchase orders, material and fabric selections, budgeting, project and vendor coordination. Applicants must have superior AutoCAD skills. The qualified candidates will need to be enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and highly motivated w/excellent verbal and written communications skills. Candidates will work directly with the firm's principal and project team to produce detailed designs, along with client coordination and manage all aspects of the project throughout the duration of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Interior Design
Minimum (5) Years of Experience in High-end Residential Design
Technical Expertise in ACADD, Purchase Orders, CFAs & Furniture Selection
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office
A minimum of (2) Professional References
Candidates must Confirm Eligibility/Qualifications to Work in United States
