Dental Front Desk

Andre Dental is a leading dental practice in Glen Allen, VA, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and creating beautiful smiles for our patients. Our team is passionate about oral health and takes pride in delivering high-quality dental services in a welcoming environment.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our dental office. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and ensure they have a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.

Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment book efficiently.

Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.

Answer phone calls and emails promptly and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and patient records management.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Address patient concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Help with office marketing and promotions as needed.

Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant coursework is a plus.

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental insurance plans and billing processes is a plus.

Friendly and compassionate demeanor.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) would be an advantage.
