Support a team of experienced Account Representatives and learn firsthand from industry experts on how to manage a variety of fast changing customer relationships. You will learn to utilize a consultative approach to develop relationships with our customers, as well as anticipate needs and take proactive measures to ensure positive service outcomes. By utilizing strong interpersonal communication and time management skills; you will act as a customer liaison – managing customer communications, booking freight, coordinating appointments, spot-quoting loads and managing customer problem resolution. Your interactions with our shippers, their customers, drivers and internal team members will champion corporate values of ATS – Integrity, Determination, Responsibility, Innovationand Excellence.

HOURS:
The Customer Service Support opportunity offers work/life balance with a Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM core schedule with an occasional Saturday morning requirement. NOTE-hours could change depending on region or location of your customers in the United States, however amount of hours worked per day would be the same.
COMPENSATION:
Where there is challenge, there is reward - competitive base salary along with a 3 month training incentive. Realistic first year total compensation can range from $40,000 to $42,000.
