Anderson Communities is Hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician Near Lexington, KY
Would you like to be a part of a fast-paced, growing company? Anderson Communities is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our growing Resident Services team. This is a full-time position, and we offer a great benefits package!
Preventative Maintenance Technician, Entry Level, Full-time
Duties include:
- Responsible for completing a preventative maintenance routine, covering all homes in a defined region on a quarterly basis.
- Preventative maintenance checklists include:
- HVAC filter changes
- Smart Lock battery changes
- Smoke Detector Checks and Battery Changes
- Exterior Common Area Light Checks and Repairs
- This position will be responsible for scheduling, structuring supply orders, and maintaining completion records for quarterly maintenance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- An eye for detail to spot additional items of concern while conducting routine maintenance checklists.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid Drivers License with active auto insurance, required
- Reliable transportation throughout the work day is required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, occasionally
- Must be drug free and maintain a clear appearance
- Must be felony free and have valid driver’s license
