SUMMARY:
Team Lead will provide daily work direction of production line through effective communication and completion of manufacturing operations tasks while applying AMS tools. Identify process and resource constraints and utilize appropriate decision making and problem-solving techniques to resolve and meet SQDC metrics. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to production employees. The team lead will oversee daily work direction for a production department of 5-40 production associates. Provide feedback and coaching and facilitate training and skill development.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
