RIE's Production Team Lead on 2nd Shift: Join RIE Coatings, LLC as a Full-Time Production Team Lead on the 2nd Shift in Dubuque, IA! As a working team lead, you'll play a crucial role in prioritizing safety and quality standards while keeping production running smoothly. Your days will be filled with actively operating machines, supporting and assisting employees, providing guidance on quality inspections and maintaining communications with 1st Shift to ensure production needs are met. It's a dynamic and hands-on role where you can expect to embrace the exciting challenges of leadership and production!

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Occasional overtime on Fridays. Training on 1st Shift during the first 4-8 weeks, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay & Bonuses: $20 - $25/hour, depending on experience, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential. Increase opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months the first year, and annually after that. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on the achievement of targets. The average payout is between $750-$1,000 per quarter.

Requirements:

• Completion of High School or equivalent
• 1 year of previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to be on your feet for 10 hours a day walking and standing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
