Andersen Commercial Plumbing, recognized as Southern California's Top Service Commercial Companies, is currently seeking an Account Manager. Since 1994, ACP has diligently provided its customers with Southern California’s premier one-stop commercial plumbing solution. We are searching for an experienced Account Manager who will share our commitment to delivering the best possible product and service to our ever-growing customer base.
If you have three years direct experience selling to MRO, Hospitality, Multi-family, and Renovations, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Contacting current customers and identifying new services.
· Opening new accounts and closing orders.
· Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
· Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
· Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable.
· Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
· Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
· Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met.
· Other duties as required.

Skills & Competencies:
· Exceptional customer service skills required.
· Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time.
· Strong networking skills.
· Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
· Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
· Familiar with Service Titan.
Qualifications and Skills
· 5 years of outside sales experience.
· 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers.
· Strong attention to details and follow-up calls.
· Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
Travel Requirements
· Travel will be required within the Orange County area.
· Monthly auto allowance and fuel card provided.
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 commission (Unlimited – No Cap on Commission).
· Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Group and Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability benefits.

Compliance Requirements
· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
· Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
