The Anchorage Yamaha Polaris team is looking for you!
We're looking for a service manager with exceptional customer service skills for our busy service department.
Duties will include communicating with customers, technicians, and sales team to identify vehicle repairs and maintenance, research vehicle history to make recommendations, inputting and maintaining customer information and completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner. Responsible for using telephone and email to communicate with customers throughout the day and schedule service appointments.
On the job training is available along with Yamaha University and Polaris University courses.
