Who We Are
Anchor Group is the corporate-services team serving both Anchor Industrial, an industrial trades company, and Anchor Technical Services, an asset performance management company both of which are subsidiaries of Junction Industries of Fort Worth. The companies are veteran-owned industrial services organizations intending to be recognized for stewarding and caring for our people to a degree that they care about our customers and our profitability as naturally as they perform their craft. Anchor Group will provide common back-office, or administration, services to the operations of both companies.
Anchor Technical is a skilled technician organization. These crews are usually conducting inspections, preventive maintenance, or consulting through predictive maintenance. Some are likely even “residents” in our customer’s locations. Their typical customer is a distribution warehouse, expedited package delivery company, or other manufacturing plants. However, they are invited to other industrial environments to conduct asset and equipment inspections.
We realize that in a service business, our people, with their skill and attitudes, are our greatest strength. Regardless of where they are in their careers, our people are hungry, humble, and situationally aware. We encourage each individual’s personal and professional growth while providing work environments focused on getting them home safe at the end of each workday.
