In the Homecare Coordinator role, you will bridge the relationship between our home health aids and clients, schedule home visits, and coordinate client services with warmth and respect.
- Homecare Coordinator Requirements & Responsibilities : *
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working as a Homecare Staffing Coordinator
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Hatian-Creole, or Russian-Uzbek)
- Proficient in HHA Exchange
- Proficiency in learning technical software for scheduling & training
- Expert multitasking & time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be a collaborative partner
- Self Driven with the ability to manage projects by establishing objectives and milestones
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Detail oriented
