In the Homecare Coordinator role, you will bridge the relationship between our home health aids and clients, schedule home visits, and coordinate client services with warmth and respect.

Homecare Coordinator Requirements & Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience working in a office setting required
• 1 year of Homecare Coordination preferred
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English, Hatian-Creole/English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Proficiency in learning technical software for scheduling & training
• Expert multitasking & time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and be a collaborative partner
• Self Driven with the ability to manage projects by establishing objectives and milestones
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Detail oriented
