We are looking for a Homecare Service Coordinator to be the face of Anchor for our patients, communicating with them and helping them with any troubles they are having on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be warm and energetic, compassionate, and able to work in high pressure environments. This position also includes visits to each client once every 3 months (the average caseload for a service coordinator is approximately 30 clients).

Homecare Service Coordinator Qualifications and Experience:

• Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail oriented
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
• Multi-task and handle competing priorities
• Manage projects by establishing objectives, milestones, and creating presentations or other documents
• Ability to work autonomously is critical, a self-starter with the capacity to work efficiently and independently yet collaboratively
• Healthcare experience preferred, homecare experience a plus
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred!
