Amyx, Inc. is seeking an Project Coordinator to be located in Washington, DC, for our eDiscovery team that will support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Division of Enforcement (ENF).The SEC has four primary goals: 1) Detect possible violations of the securities laws and regulations, including fraud; 2) Foster strong compliance and risk management practices; 3) monitor risk; and 4) Provide the SEC with implementation of rules and laws. The work environment will be dynamic, fast-paced and the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer service presence with SEC and Contractor staff.
This individual will be responsible providing support in all functional areas of the program. Assist the Program Manager and Project Manager’s during the development of work plans to fulfill government requirements. Support formulation of milestone schedules or other documented plans. Coordinate communications between project teams, stakeholders and customers. Support the identification, tracking and reporting of project risks, issues and dependencies. Facilitate program and project status reports. Plan and produce correspondence, reports, memos, and other project documentation.

Required:
• Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation.• 5 years of professional experience.• 3 years of project coordination experience.• The candidate must have familiarity with government practices including but not limited to staffing augmentation and program/project management practices. • The candidate will have knowledge of reporting techniques to submit production and project reports (as needed) to government leads.• The Candidate will be an expert of have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word, & PowerPoint)• The candidate must be an effective communicator to the client in email and verbally, to be able to communicate program and project management directives, convey and deliver program and project reports, and be able to speak to and brief on program and project trends based on aggregated reports.
Desired:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology.• Working understanding of eDiscovery and eDiscovery related practices.• Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)• Experience with Information Systems• Prior Federal services environment consulting experience
