The Role

We are looking for a representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position for a professional who enjoys teamwork, communicating with all departments, problem-solving, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and follow-up
• Positive attitude
• Assisting with business development processes and sales team
• Research, data entry, and updating website data and contents
• Customer Relations and follow-up with inactive customers
• Assisting with Sales and providing support for the team
• Knowledge of sales is a plus

Competencies

• Professional demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload
• Courteous, patient, and works well with multiple departments
• Preferably one to two years of office and/or customer service and/or admin experience
• Customer service knowledge and skills are required, one to two years
• Sales experience is a plus
