AMIAS SOLUTIONS HR is seeking a rockstar Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Las Vegas! AMIAS Solutions HR is an innovative HR service provider based out of Las Vegas and Colorado servicing clients in Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and California. We serve small to mid-sized businesses in a variety of industries, providing practitioner and consulting services in all aspects of HR. We strive to help clients by protecting them from themselves.

At AMIAS SOLUTIONS HR you can use your top-notch HR skills and work with a variety of clients to solve the toughest of problems all while collaborating with some of the best HR minds in the industry. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, form your own client relationships and work with industry leaders who understand the challenges of working in field of human resources.

POSITION: Human Resources Business Partner

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will function as a very visible and interactive HRBP ( 90% being client facing/10% remote)
  • You’ll be solving interesting HR problems
  • You will be creating start-up HR departments
  • Providing full-cycle HR services
  • Conducting HR due diligence
  • Creating and implementing workplace health & safety programs
  • Conducting workplace investigations
  • Facilitating training programs
  • Drafting and maintaining HR documentation
  • Coaching and advising client managers

Who you are:

  • You have over 5 years of progressive HR consulting/generalist experience
  • Active HRCI AND/OR SHRM professional certification, required
  • Undergraduate degree in related discipline
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with little oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver and critical thinker
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations and trends
  • Dedicated to consistently providing high-touch customer care
  • Enjoy an energetic, and exciting work environment

This is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – 1099 arrangement. Consultants may be scheduled anywhere from 10 to 30 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on business/client needs, but consultant availability is required during normal business hours. Primarily an in person, client facing role with roughly 10% remote. This position does NOT have health benefits.
