Location: New York/ New Jersey Metropolitan Area (Remote with travel to various airport locations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to serve as a Regional HRBP for our East Coast operations, with a focus on travel retail environments, including airports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to regional and airport leadership teams on all HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and support employee relations efforts, including managing labor relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to drive recruitment efforts, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership development, team dynamics, and employee performance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
