Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members, including kitchen and serving staff
- Create employee schedules and assign duties
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Culinary background is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
