• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred
• Knowledge of federal regulation on taxes and reporting.
• Deep understanding of accounting
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Acceptable background check and drug screen

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proven work experience in fire protection field
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable codes, laws and regulations
• Proven work experience in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of fire life and safety principles and applications to include:
• management, sales skills and abilities commensurate with the years of management experience
• Knowledge of fire / building codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations, scheduling, inventory, and job costing
• procedures and techniques.
• Ability to direct the job flow from bidding to installation.
• Ability to adjust schedules to meet customer needs
• Able to calculate and understand financial reports, financial analysis, forecasts, budgets and the specialized skills for job cost and estimating related to the fire protection industry.
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
• Proven experience in project management.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and Outlook
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, to visit job sites and suppliers.
