JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for various projects, including vendor relations processes, contracts, and networking. The Document Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, design and create documents, and ensure accuracy and clarity.

OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and create documentation, including vendor relations processes, contracts, and networking.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand technical concepts and features.
Develop and maintain document templates and standards.
Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in existing documentation.
Stay up to date with new technologies and products to ensure documentation reflects the latest developments.

MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate must have minimally achieved the following level of experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or a related field.
Expertise in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other technical writing tools.
Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of general IT technology language (e.g., Network topology, architecture, Service desk, Security, etc.).
Should have active TS/SCI clearance
