Position: Logistics Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA.
Leidos is seeking a Logistics Fielding Specialist who will provide logistics support to the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS). Logistics Fielding Specialist is needed in the Atlanta, GA location.
Task 1: Logistics Fielding Services
Provide planning, provisioning requirements, determination, acquisition, distribution, accountability, and ultimately issue for consumption, retention, or disposal of medical materials.
Manage, regulate, and coordinate, supplies, equipment, or other medical material designed to respond to a variety of biological, chemical, or radiological agents.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control to ensure partners or state agencies adequately maintain SNS inventory.
Conduct State and site fielding assessments and reports detailing logistical limitations to overcome during a fielding.
Participate in technical supply support work necessary to ensure the effective operation of ongoing Project activities.
Process reports and automated records and control systems for the storage, issue, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Shelf-Life Extension Program, and disposal of medical materials.
Facilitate response to alerts from remote monitoring devices 24/7/365 Nationwide.
Perform minor telecommunications system checks with the support of phone-based technical experts.
Perform visual inspections for corrosion and/or damage on temperature monitoring equipment.
Operate an analog phone line test set and temperature standard thermometer to maintain cGMP requirements.
Support and execute Drop Ship (DS) and Drop Ship with Personnel (DSP).

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 7 years' related experience or if no degree, 13 years of related experience
Task 2: The Subcontractor shall ensure that all contract employees complete CDC and DSNS training. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all contract employees complete one-time and annual ASPR, CDC, and DSNS training.
The following training courses are required annually and are completed online. Other training may be approved by Leidos / CDC if it is determined that is it necessary to perform the required tasks.

The Subcontractor will:
Ensure contract staff’s profile is updated in CDC neighbourhood within 30 days of employee start date and every six months thereafter.
Ensure all applicable required training is completed on schedule.
Ensure subcontractor employees update CDC Neighbourhood within 5 days of completing a training.
Ensure subcontractor employees complete cGMP training within 45 days of employee start date.
Ensure contract employees complete cGMP training within 10 days of new updates being published in Master Control.
Staff will be required to carry a device and respond to alerts, ensuring that their devices are properly configured with custom ringtones/notifications on receiving structured DSNS system alerts.
Subcontractor will:
Ensure all on-call subcontractor staff can be contacted within 15 minutes of call initiation 24 hours a day.
Ensure all contract employees respond within 15 minutes upon receiving a DSNS system alerts.
Ensure all employees have their mobile communications device on their person and always turned on except while on leave or on a commercial aircraft.
Ensure that within two business days of being notified that contract staff did not respond to a structured DSNS message, submit an After-Action Report stating the reason for the missed response(s).

The ASPR SNS program is seeking a Logistics Fielding Specialist resource who will provide logistics systems support to the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) at the Atlanta, GA location. This is a hybrid 6-month temp to perm position and the resource must reside in the Atlanta area (or surrounding).
