Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team for impeccable dinner service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes

Requirements:
- An absolute beast leading and training a strong kitchen team
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
